Welcome i m ana white. My girls are older 11 9 so i want them to have beds to grow into but don t want to spend 300 500 to build full bunk beds. This loft bed is the perfect solution. We need bunk beds for our girls but putting a bed under the loft like you did would save on lumber costs.

Old in the house and stairs were the way to go. We are looking for a lower loft bed maybe something height wise like the fort bed but with stairs like the playhouse bed. Is there a frame or platform under the bottom mattress. Camp loft bed with stair junior height.

And this one seemed to make sense. About a year ago when we built a modified version of ana s loft bed for our boys room we knew a ladder was out of the question with a 3 yr. We made a few alterations to ana s plan. I love the playhouse bed but we want to put a dresser under the bed and would like to have this bed grow with our 4 yr old twin daughters. I did change the size a tad bit but other then that its her plans. This loft bed has been built and cherished the world over for almost a decade.
